This place suits me perfectly! With free wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception, I find everything I need. The staff helped my elderly parents during my first stay, and they're always friendly and cute. I can't wait to come back for a new year!

The staff was wonderful the entire time.

Decent sized and functional unit with a gorgeous view as well as the mini fridge. Central location to key areas of interest. Based very close to lovely restaurants, downtown Seattle during the holidays and the conference center.

Our triple room was bright with TV as well as the condition as advertised. All the staffs were very, very nice.

We were extremely impressed with the Staff who were very skilled in their respective roles. We were particularly impressed with the gentleman who cleaned our room (we were in 1603 and then 1609). He was extremely polite, courteous and did a remarkably good job.

We did not want to leave, can recommend. Everything was fine, attentive staff made our stay very pleasant. The location of the hotel was unbeatable and secure - within walking distance of Can Can. Got double room when arrived, liked that. The view of the bay from the window was fantastic!

The location was perfect to walk into downtown seattle, shopping was very close and convenient as well as night life was only a block away. There was also the luxury of being just out enough where one could gain some privacy.

Paid $ 11 per 24 hours to access the net, but Wi-Fi was very poor.

The view from my double room with two double beds was fine. The hotel is conveniently located, with nice restaurants and attractions like pivotal parks only a quick walk away. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

No porte cochere which made leaving hotel more difficult. Nowhere to bring a rental car to pick up bags when leaving.

Amazing views from the double room 🌅 The location couldn't be better for exploring Seattle. Just wish the parking situation wasn't a hassle.

It was very comfortable, it was quiet, it was located close to the convention center and the light rail system. The staff was friendly and interested in the customer. All in all a pleasant stay.

Location... Within walking distance of good shopping and close to safeco field.

Did not have the type of room available that I booked and paid for...had to share a bed or someone sleep on a cot.
